Job Details
Our client is searching for their next paralegal in their Philadelphia office. Duties of the position focus primarily on plaintiff personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals including typing letters, communicating with clients and insurance companies, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with discovery and pleadings, filing, deposition and trial preparation, and more.
Requirements
At least 2 years in a law firm handling plaintiff personal injury cases, including catastrophic loss cases.
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Comfortable evaluating medical summaries and drafting discovery
Strong communication skills and experienced working with a high volume of cases
