Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including P&L, COGS, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure financial stability.
- Manage and maintain the plant's budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to plant management, including providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Work with ERP systems to manage financial data and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in P&L, COGS, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and other advanced accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
