Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Production Management Oversee daily operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and within budget.
Quality Assurance Implement and uphold quality standards to deliver premium products.
Safety & Compliance Champion workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all OSHA, environmental, and company policies.
Operational Excellence Drive lean manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with R&D, sales, and logistics teams to align plant capabilities with market demands.
Financial Oversight Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex projects.
