Job Description
This Electrical Maintenance Manager position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities
• Oversee the maintenance department functions, including repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems. Ensure maximum production quantity and quality. Implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the forging industry. Emphasize planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment. Initiate reordering when necessary. Ensure that maintainers follow purchasing procedures and coordinate material requirements with subordinate supervisors. Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment. Assist in establishing and maintaining a CMMS for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment. Train subordinates in the effective use of the system. Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. Supervise plant maintenance personnel. Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. No visa sponsorship available. Subject to ITAR regulations requiring U.S. person status.
