Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on operations within the energy sector, with a focus on power systems, process engineering, and field operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize your expertise in engine and power station operations to advise on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Leverage your knowledge of turbine control systems to optimize our energy production.
- Conduct thorough analyses of our operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational strategies.
- Lead and participate in projects related to operations management, providing expert insights and direction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in operations management.
- Proven experience with engine operations, process engineering, power systems, power station operations, field operations, and turbine control systems.
- Strong understanding of steam operations within the energy sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
