We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is critical to our firm's success, acting as a bridge between our legal team and our clients. You will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in plaintiff personal injury.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of pre-suit personal injury cases, from intake through settlement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are kept informed and their questions and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
- Collect and organize relevant case documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance policies.
- Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters.
- Coordinate with the legal team to transition cases to litigation when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date case management system.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-litigation case management, specifically in plaintiff personal injury.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and the interpretation of medical records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of the legal process and legal terminology related to personal injury cases.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
