We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team. As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This includes installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and fixtures, verifying settings and ensuring the accuracy of first-run parts and sample work pieces. You will also maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring the continuous operation of work centers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
