We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Permanent President with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to lead our Engineering team. This is a 100% remote position, providing an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive our company's success from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the engineering industry, with a particular focus on high voltage substations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fiscal function and performance of our company, overseeing budgets, leading executives, and driving key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction of the company's engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage the fiscal function and performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead a team of executives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and exceptional performance.
• Develop and implement key performance metrics to drive efficiency and productivity across all engineering operations.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of high voltage 15-500 kV substations.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Implement detailed plans and recommend policies/procedures towards the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the engineering industry.
• An ABET Accredited degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven experience with high voltage 15-500 kV substations.
• Extensive knowledge of fiscal management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of executives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Proven ability to drive key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in using various software tools for project management and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
