- Conduct patient assessments including history taking and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications in compliance with New York State and federal laws
- Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic studies
- Deliver preventive care, education, and health maintenance services
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for seamless patient care
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification and unrestricted NYS RN license
- DEA registration (or eligibility) and BLS/ACLS certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
