About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic medical team. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Provide preventative care, health education, and counseling to patients and their families.
- Document patient care in electronic medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain clinical competency and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advances.
Requirements
- A Medical Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- An active Indiana medical license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
