We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Product Manager to oversee our HR Core Applications in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR applications, including Kronos, Workday, and Healthstream. You will work closely with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure our HR systems are meeting the needs of our employees and supporting our strategic objectives.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Product Manager to oversee our HR Core Applications in the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR applications, including Kronos, Workday, and Healthstream. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the use of HR core applications, including Kronos, Workday, and Healthstream.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for HR applications, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new HR systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, working with IT and vendors as needed to resolve them promptly.
- Train and support users in the effective use of HR applications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our HR systems.
- Proven experience with Kronos, Workday, and Healthstream.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting system issues and finding effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across various functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, non-technical language.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations related to HR data and systems.
- Strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on meeting the needs of our employees and supporting our strategic objectives.
- Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and to leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our HR systems.
