Job Details
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production management and a proven track record of overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Job Details
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production management and a proven track record of overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure that production targets are met.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
