Job Details
Day to day...
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, quality control, and scheduling.
- Ensure the team follows procedures and meets conduct standards.
- Support the team in making process improvements and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Balance safety, quality, morale, productivity, and cost.
- Train and manage employee performance and development.
- Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement and take initiative.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibility.
- Background in safety, quality control, and reducing scrap and turnover.
- Strong leadership and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with scheduling, labor planning, and prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools like 5S, Six Sigma, or Gemba walks is a plus.
- Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and reporting tools (ERP/SAP is a bonus).
