Job Description
You will work on cases a wide variety of litigation files and pre-suit matters. The majority of these cases will be in defense against professionals related to construction design, such as architects and engineers. Under the general guidance of a partner, you will perform background analysis, preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions; participate in court conferences, mediation, motion hearings; and participate in fact and expert depositions, and occasional trials.

Job Description
You will work on cases a wide variety of litigation files and pre-suit matters. The majority of these cases will be in defense against professionals related to construction design, such as architects and engineers. Under the general guidance of a partner, you will perform background analysis, preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions; participate in court conferences, mediation, motion hearings; and participate in fact and expert depositions, and occasional trials.
Job Qualifications
- Licensed in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania and willing to get licensed in both states
- 3-8 years (or more) of experience in civil litigation required. Defense side preferred
- Construction related professional liability litigation experience is ideal, but not required
- A degree or background in architecture, engineering, or environmental science is ideal, but not required
- Experience in construction litigation, professional liability, or medical malpractice are helpful related practice areas
