We are looking for a great leader who can help manage our team of Project Accountants. This individual will walk into a team of 4 and helping oversee the day-to-day operation for our Texas teams.
Some of the duties will include
- Oversees department's project accounting operations and supervises accounting team
- Develops procedures, provides training, and conducts internal audits of project finances
- Reviews and processes consultant payments, client invoices, and accounts receivable
- Performs senior project accountant duties including budget tracking, financial reporting, and revenue analysis
- Manages project setup and maintenance in accounting system according to contract terms
- Collaborates with Business Manager to monitor project profitability, costs, and cash flow
- Handles communications with staff, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters
