Responsibilities
As a Project Architect, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are vital to the completion of our commercial projects. These include
- Leading the development of design concepts and ensuring their execution throughout all project stages.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive design solutions.
- Utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to prepare and revise architectural plans and drawings.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Participating in project meetings and presenting design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design, planning, and problem-solving.
- Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in managing commercial projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Professional registration as an Architect is preferred but not essential.
