Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Project Coordinator who is passionate about the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and business acumen, with a keen interest in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with project/program management to drive day to day task accountability
- Manage PMO tools and tracking mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and metrics.
- Document meetings, actions, and deliverables in a central location
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related field
- Minimum 2 years’ of related experience
- Proficient at using project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with wide-range of business functions
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
