We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of complex engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in skm, power engineering, and medium voltage. This role will require the application of technical expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Utilize skm, power engineering, and medium voltage expertise to optimize project outcomes.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
5. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of project components.
6. Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
7. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports and project updates.
8. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
9. Implement and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost constraints.
10. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in skm, power engineering, and medium voltage.
3. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
4. Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and medium voltage equipment.
5. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, including skm.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
9. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferred.
10. Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
