Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of work on time and within budget. Your main duties and responsibilities will include

• Managing all aspects of commercial drywall projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Overseeing the installation of acoustical ceilings and acoustical walls, ensuring that they are installed correctly and efficiently.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of the project team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that everyone is working safely and effectively.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and ensuring that all project milestones are met.
• Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial drywall projects. The required qualifications for this role include

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial drywall projects.
• Proven experience in managing the installation of acoustical ceilings and acoustical walls.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
