The company moved to its present location in 1998 where the facilities have been continually expanded and improved for its increasing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our construction projects, from conception to completion. This includes designing, planning, managing, and executing tasks related to electrical installations, high voltage systems, and power management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of electrical installations in construction projects, ensuring compliance with national and local electrical codes.
- Design and implement electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
- Manage and supervise electrical teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create and implement design plans.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to electrical construction and high voltage power systems.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage technologies, and power management in a construction context.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools, as well as electrical design and simulation software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid professional license/certification in electrical engineering or construction management is preferred.
