We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our growing Construction business. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in civil, rezoning, entitlements, design, multifamily, and construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale, complex construction projects on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company, while working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including initial planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee the rezoning and entitlement process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead the design process, working closely with designers and architects to ensure the project meets the client's needs and expectations.
- Manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in civil, rezoning, entitlements, design, multifamily, and construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
