Ideal candidates will have a background of project management for a print company with the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time direct hire role, fully onsite at our Scottsdale location.

This role plays a crucial part in our production team, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all print production projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in print production who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Is your background a match?
- 4 years of experience in print production, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, including small and large format printing
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; experience with Print IQ is a plus!
- Able to spot and correct minor imperfections in project execution
- With a team of PMs, oversee all stages of the print production process, from project initiation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Create comprehensive estimates covering every project aspect, from materials to delivery logistics
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project status and any changes
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement
- Perform final checks on all work before it leaves our facility
- Handle invoicing, credits, and budget analyses to keep projects financially on target
