Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Wood frame and multi-family experience is a must!
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating in a construction general contractor environment.
- Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial construction methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling and cost control systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar would be advantageous.
