Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the tech services or software industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large scale projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of technology infrastructures, including databases, servers, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
- High proficiency in project management software tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with multiple stakeholders, and in complex project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence without authority.
