Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in masonry and/or concrete construction to lead and oversee our diverse range of projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction ventures, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives for masonry and/or concrete construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including masons, concrete workers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless coordination and optimal productivity. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve project goals effectively.
Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for masonry and/or concrete projects. Ensure timely delivery of resources and adherence to project schedules.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all masonry and/or concrete work is performed in compliance with architectural plans, industry standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and address any deviations promptly.
