Requirements
- 3 Years of Experience as a practicing Attorney experience with, or willingness to learn, Construction/Property cases
- Public procurement/contract negotiation experience ideal
- Experience with and/or a willingness to learn bid packages and procurement documents, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of types of contracts, such as construction contracts, special services agreements, contracts for equipment, materials, and supplies, and agreements for professional services, such as design professionals and construction management services
- Dispute resolution experience, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials is a plus
- Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred, but not required
- Admission to the California State Bar.
