As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our products while driving continuous improvement. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our quality system, ensuring compliance with IATF standards. In this role, you will also conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to evaluate the precision and accuracy of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
You will perform root cause analysis on product defects and non-conformance issues, developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Additionally, you will lead Process Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements. Providing Quality Assurance support throughout the manufacturing process is also an essential part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the manufacturing industry. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
