Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines by means of continuous assessments.
- Lead and facilitate the investigation of non-conformance issues using techniques such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing quality processes and systems.
- Manage document control processes and systems ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices.
