As a Quality Control Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and enforcing company-wide quality, safety, and reliability standards. This includes overseeing development and accuracy of Process Flows and Statistical Programs, submitting PPAP documentation, and maintaining quality control work instructions.
You will direct customer complaint response and corrective action processes, maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems, train teams on SPC, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Additionally, you will manage Quality Control Lab and Technicians for production support, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 4 years in a senior quality engineering or management role are required. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing is necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools is also required.
