Job Details
The successful candidate will be part of our thriving Real Estate Practice Group, working on complex commercial real estate transactions and projects.
- Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
- Draft and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
- Assist in real estate development projects and land use matters
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex real estate matters
- Provide counsel to clients on various real estate-related issues
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Must have 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Conscientious and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client service orientation
- Commitment to professional growth and development
