Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee residential and commercial real estate closings, including purchase, sale, and refinance transactions
Review titles and identify/resolve any issues
Draft and review legal documents deeds, contracts, leases, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements
Liaise with brokers, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
Provide a professional and engaging client experience
Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks
Build and maintain business development relationships
Qualifications Needed
Juris Doctor (JD) and active member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar
Minimum 1–3 Years Of Real Estate Experience Preferred
Experience or strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate closings
Strong background in title review and contract drafting
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and lenders
