Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
- 3 years of Litigation experience
- Real estate and trial experience are a plus.
- Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be able to handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigations (initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions).
- Experience with pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court, or federal courts is needed
- Appellate experience is preferred, not a requirement!
