Our law firm specializes in the nonbank private lending industry and is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team. As a Permanent Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with various real estate transactions and projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the Real Estate sector in a law firm environment. Proficient knowledge of foreclosure, loan documents, title work, and entity documents is also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing real estate documents, assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, conducting comprehensive research on property, zoning, title, and other relevant issues, coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions, managing and organizing large volumes of complex documents, preparing and filing legal documents with appropriate entities, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations, and providing administrative support as needed.
