We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our key accounts across Arizona. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, develop sales strategies, and ensure outstanding service for our largest clients. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with experience in account management, sales leadership, and relationship building in the tobacco or consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management Develop and maintain relationships with large retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring consistent service and sales growth.
Sales Leadership Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Strategic Growth Identify opportunities to expand product placement, increase sales volume, and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
Market Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop data-driven sales strategies.
Operational Excellence Ensure smooth execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and merchandising efforts.
Travel & Territory Management Utilize the company-provided vehicle to visit accounts across Arizona, fostering strong client relationships.
