We are seeking a proactive and experienced Wealth Advisor to provide holistic wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires expertise in guiding clients through complex financial decisions, addressing multi-generational needs, and preserving family legacies.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering deep and lasting relationships with clients across generations.
Wealth Management Expertise – Deliver tailored financial advice, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropic guidance.
Family Governance – Support clients in developing decision-making structures, succession plans, and educational initiatives for next-generation family members.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with internal specialists and external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to create comprehensive financial solutions.
Client Service Excellence – Provide proactive, anticipatory service, regularly reviewing and refining financial plans to align with evolving client needs.
Growth & Business Development – Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and attract new business through networking, referrals, and industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Professional designations such as CFA, CFP, CPA, JD, or equivalent credentials are strongly preferred.
Expertise in investment strategies, tax optimization, estate planning, and philanthropy.
Strong understanding of multi-generational wealth management, family governance, and succession planning.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a track record of delivering high-touch client service.
Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute client-centric financial strategies.
