Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in civil law.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in corporate law, legal writing, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
