Role Overview
- This role involves crafting robust, scalable solutions, creating seamless integrations, and ensuring top-notch performance for our applications. As part of a dynamic engineering team, you'll collaborate with other departments to deliver innovative products that align with our vision and advance our mission.
- Preference for candidates based in NYC or Chicago, but open to remote candidates.

Qualifications
- Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like React for front-end and backend frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python/Django)
- Skilled in managing databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL, with experience in schema design and optimization
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges
- Excellent ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong level of proficiency with React and Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of backend cost optimization strategies
- Experience with IoT or hardware systems integration
- Exposure to design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Experience with generative AI technologies
