Job Description
As an experienced architectural professional, you will be responsible for leading all client interactions from project initiation through completion. This includes coordinating project schedules, conducting feasibility studies and site analyses, developing specifications, managing bidding and negotiations, overseeing all construction administration services, and completing all project close-out tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior staff on various aspects of architectural design, ensuring that all design work is reviewed at appropriate stages by the Design Director and the Founder.
