Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of channel operations to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic portfolio management to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Manage P&L for the channel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious financial targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve financial performance.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced finance degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel operations, strategic portfolio management, P&L management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving results and meeting financial targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
