Job Details : The healthcare industry is a dynamic and challenging environment, and we areseeking an experienced and knowledgeable ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)Manager to join our team. This full-time, permanent position offers anexciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and mitigating financialrisks in our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will have astrong background in financial risk management, with an understanding of theunique challenges and opportunities that exist in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities : As an ERM Manager, you will be responsible for : 1. Developing and implementing comprehensive risk management programs toaddress financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. 2. Collaborating with various departments to identify and evaluate potentialfinancial risks and develop mitigation strategies. 3. Providing guidance and support to senior management in making informeddecisions about risk acceptance and mitigation. 4. Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and internal policies. 5. Creating and maintaining detailed reports of risk management activities,findings, and recommendations. 6. Developing and delivering risk management training programs for staffacross the organization. 7. Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes toensure that risk management considerations are adequately addressed. 8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that mayimpact the organizations risk profile. Qualifications : The ideal candidate for the ERM Manager position will have : 1. A bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a relatedfield. A masters degree or professional certification such as FRM or PRM ispreferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial risk management,preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Strong knowledge of risk assessment methods, tools, and techniques. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to makesound decisions based on detailed analysis. 5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explaincomplex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in risk management software and other relevant computerapplications. 7. A proactive approach to risk management, with the ability to anticipatepotential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. 8. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handlesensitive and confidential information appropriately.
