We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager for our Industrial Food Manufacturing division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about customized food manufacturing and has a proven track record in Account Management and Business Development. This is a highly impactful position, as we look to expand on our business within the Southeastern United States. (Regional Travel will be expected at about ~50%)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager for our Industrial Food Manufacturing division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about customized food manufacturing and has a proven track record in Account Management and Business Development. This is a highly impactful position, as we look to expand on our business within the Southeastern United States. (Regional Travel will be expected at about ~50%)
Responsibilities
- Take a customer-centric approach to understand food ingredient needs and work cross-functionally internally and externally to build customized solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth within the South East.
- Maintain excellent relationships through account managmeent with existing customers.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Procurement, Food Scientists, QA, and Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or relevant field.
- We are seeing at least 5 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development role. At least 3 years should be focused on the Processor side of customized food ingredients such as Dry Seasonings and Sauces.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the food manufacturing industry, including market trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with internal processes of manufacturing food products.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- A valid driver's license is needed.
