A Bit About Us
We're a specialty food and beverage manufacturer with European roots producing healthy, responsibly sourced products in the US. As we grow, we're looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales team, grow our customer base, and expand business with new and existing clients in the food industry. This role requires proven experience in sales, deal-closing, and relationship-building with a strong focus on customer success. The position has a very flexible hybrid schedule being in the office as well as the field visiting clients.

Key Responsibilities...
- Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand business reach.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, including hiring and training.
- 5 years of sales management experience in food manufacturing or processing.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions.
- Proven track record in closing deals and growing accounts.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- An established network in the food & beverage industry is a plus.
