Get ready to shift gears in your career! We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in our company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trucking industry, heavy-duty trucks, and body shops. With your exceptional skills in target accounts and prospecting, you will drive our sales and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for

• Managing and growing sales within existing customer base.
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Presenting and selling company products to current and potential clients.
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to reach sales targets and increase company revenue.
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends.
• Conducting regular visits to clients and potential clients, promoting our premium quality parts, and negotiating sales contracts.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales, specifically within the trucking industry and heavy-duty trucks.
• Proven experience in target accounts, prospecting, and relationship building.
• A solid understanding of body shops and their requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
