Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partnering with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identifying potential leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, and referrals.
- Nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Providing accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and projected revenues.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role focusing on ERP/Oracle (must have, or must have SAP), as an Account Executive or in a consulting environment.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and converting leads into sales.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A self-starter attitude with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Target Salary $80,000 - $90,000 uncapped commission
