We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic construction team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your top-notch scheduling skills to a thriving construction firm, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project scheduling, from the initial planning stages through to the completion of the project. This role requires a deep understanding of construction project management, lean and pull planning, CPM scheduling, and construction management.

We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic construction team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your top-notch scheduling skills to a thriving construction firm, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project scheduling, from the initial planning stages through to the completion of the project. This role requires a deep understanding of construction project management, lean and pull planning, CPM scheduling, and construction management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed CPM construction schedules, integrating all stakeholders' activities into the project plan.
- Utilize lean and pull planning methodologies to optimize the project schedule and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with project management and construction management teams to monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and develop solutions to keep the project on schedule.
- Regularly update all project stakeholders on the status of the project schedule, providing clear and concise reports as needed.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand and address any issues that may impact the project schedule.
- Review and analyze project specifications to ensure they align with the project schedule and budget.
- Continuously improve scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling and lean/pull planning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of construction project management and construction management principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scheduling information to a range of project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to scheduling challenges.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant technology.
- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
