Job Description
We are accepting applications for a Controller who will report to the Director of Finance. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and planning financial activities for the school, ensuring all financial records are in good working order.
Essential Duties:
- Plan and execute monthly close procedures to provide a smooth and efficient operation
- Work directly with the Director of Finance in overseeing and executing the school's budget, responding to updated challenges throughout the Fiscal Year
- Assist in creation of yearly school budget in tandem with leadership priorities, along with Director of Finance and Departmental leadership
- Monitors cashflow and account balances across the chart of accounts
- Liaison with and support all finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Student Billing and Payroll
