Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to understand and explain the drivers of change within the financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and in compliance with auditing standards.
