Responsibilities
- Manage and organize both digital and physical financial records.
- Assess business transactions, generating accurate reports and analyses.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure precision in financial records, expenses, and savings.
- Organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents.
- Contribute to the development of budgeting procedures.
- Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Actively participate in the development and enhancement of effective accounting policies and processes.
- Stay informed and keep the company up-to-date on industry changes and regulatory updates.
- Respond to tax and accounting-related issues.
- Organize and maintain expense reports.
- Run payroll processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a public accountant.
- CPA / CPA Candidate - Plan to complete CPA exams in order to be promoted
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of QuickBooks and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
