Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Permanent Senior Associate - Real Estate Reporting. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Real Estate and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate reporting and will play a crucial role in the decision-making process of our company. This position will offer you the chance to work on challenging tasks, develop your skills further, and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Senior Associate - Real Estate Reporting, your duties will include but are not limited to

• Overseeing the preparation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc real estate reports.
• Developing and implementing reporting standards and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our real estate reporting.
• Working closely with the Investor Relations team to provide accurate and timely information to our investors.
• Coordinating with other departments to gather necessary data for reporting.
• Analyzing real estate data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to real estate reporting.
• Participating in strategic planning and decision making with the management team.
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members on real estate reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or A master's degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Real Estate Reporting or a related role.
• At least 3 years of experience in private equity
• Leadership/ mentorship experience, at least 1 year
• Proven experience in Investor Relations.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate reporting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex real estate data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
