Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize your expertise in LIHTC to optimize the financial performance of our projects.
• Prepare and distribute billing proformas, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Lead and contribute to the development of affordable housing projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
• Participate in real estate development activities, including site acquisition, planning, and feasibility studies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, preferably with an emphasis on affordable housing.
• Extensive knowledge of LIHTC and its application in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in preparing and distributing billing proformas.
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of affordable housing development.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technology.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team player.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
